Vendor agreement

This agreement applies in addition to our terms of service whenever you list a business on Vizzorah.
Eligibility and verification
You confirm that your business is lawfully registered where required, that you hold the licences and insurance your category demands, and that the evidence you submit for verification is genuine and current.
Your listing
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, services, pricing, portfolio and availability calendar. Images must be your own work or licensed for your use.
Responding to clients
Respond to enquiries promptly and honour quotes you issue. Repeated non-response or last-minute cancellation affects your ranking and verification status.
Bookings and delivery
A confirmed booking is a contract between you and the client. Deliver the agreed scope on the agreed date, and record any change of scope in writing on the booking.
Fees and payouts
Subscription fees and platform commission are shown before you commit. Client funds are held until delivery is confirmed, then released to you less applicable fees.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for your own tax registration, invoicing obligations and returns in your jurisdiction.
Team members
You may invite team members to your business account. You remain responsible for everything they do on your behalf.
Suspension and exit
We may suspend or remove a listing that breaches this agreement or our acceptable use policy. You may leave at any time; confirmed bookings and refund obligations survive.
