Terms of service

Last updated 3 August 2026

Using Vizzorah

Vizzorah is a marketplace connecting clients with event professionals. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the platform, and you are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

Vendor obligations

Vendors must hold the licences their services require, describe offerings accurately, honour confirmed bookings, and respond to enquiries in good faith. Verification may be revoked for repeated complaints or misrepresentation.

Bookings and escrow

A booking is formed when a client accepts a vendor's proposal. Client funds are held in escrow and released to the vendor after the agreed delivery, less applicable platform fees.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms are set out on each booking. Where terms conflict or are unclear, Vizzorah may mediate and determine a fair allocation of held funds.

Fees

Vendor subscription fees and platform commission are shown before you commit. Fees may change with reasonable notice.

Prohibited conduct

No off-platform circumvention of fees, fraudulent listings, harassment, discriminatory conduct, or misuse of another party's intellectual property.

Liability

Vizzorah facilitates transactions but is not a party to the service contract between client and vendor. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time; obligations arising from confirmed bookings survive.
