Vizzorah is a professional marketplace. These rules apply to everyone — clients, vendors, team members and visitors.
Be truthful
Listings, portfolios, prices, availability and credentials must be accurate and yours. Never present another business's work as your own.
Respect people
No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or sexual content. Disagreements about a booking are settled through the dispute process, not through abuse.
Keep it on-platform
Enquiries that begin on Vizzorah must be quoted, agreed and paid for on Vizzorah. Steering clients off-platform to avoid fees is a serious breach.
No spam or scraping
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, post advertising in community threads, or harvest listings, contact details or images by automated means.
Security
Do not probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or upload malicious files.
Enforcement
We may hide content, suspend verification, hold funds pending review, or close accounts. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
Reporting
Report anything that breaks these rules to trust@vizzorah.com or through the report action on the listing or thread.
