Data protection & your rights

Vizzorah acts as data controller for account and marketplace data, and as processor for content vendors store on behalf of their own clients.
What we hold
Account details, business profiles and verification evidence, enquiries and messages, bookings, invoices and payment records, and usage analytics.
Why we hold it
To perform our contract with you (accounts, bookings, payments), to meet legal obligations (tax, fraud prevention), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the marketplace safe and improving it.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, erasure where we have no overriding obligation, restriction, portability in a machine-readable form, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Making a request
Email privacy@vizzorah.com from your registered address. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a first request.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Financial and booking records are retained for the statutory period after closure. Analytics are aggregated after 24 months.
Transfers
Our hosting, email and payment partners may process data outside your country. Transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Sub-processors
We use vetted providers for hosting and databases, transactional email, and payment processing. A current list is available on request.
Complaints
You can complain to your local supervisory authority — for Nigeria the NDPC, for the UK the ICO, or your national authority in the EEA.
