How we use it
To operate the marketplace, match clients with vendors, process bookings and escrow payments, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the product.
Sharing
We share only what a transaction requires — for example, your brief with the vendors you contact. We do not sell personal data. Service providers who process data on our behalf are bound by contract.
Data retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter only where required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact hello@vizzorah.com and we will respond within one month.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and sensitive operations are logged. No system is perfect, so we also invite responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities.
